These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your access to and use of the Website and any associated services, tools, or purchases offered by YSE (collectively, the “Yard Sign Emporium Service” or “Services”). 4.3 User-Uploaded Content

5. Orders and Transactions

All orders are final once production begins

YSE reserves the right to reject or cancel orders that violate our policies or legal guidelines

6. Submissions and Feedback

By submitting feedback, testimonials, ideas, comments, or any other content not designated as private or proprietary, you grant YSE the perpetual right to use, modify, publish, or distribute that content for promotional, advertising, or informational purposes without compensation.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” YSE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee:

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to YSE in the 6 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in California, and the laws of the State of California will govern.

Class Action Waiver: All disputes must be resolved individually. You waive your right to participate in class or collective proceedings.

Injunctive Relief: YSE may seek temporary or permanent injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property or business interests.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these TOS at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised TOS. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.

12. Miscellaneous
